A look at founder support in practice, shared in connection with Terell Sterling’s work with Go Paladin and Village Capital.
Experience across the table.
A person in your corner.
I work with founders and leaders on the decisions, relationships, and opportunities that move a business forward.

What we do with them changes everything.
My career has taken me from Apple, Tesla, and Oracle to Andreessen Horowitz, working at the intersection of technology, venture capital, and business. Along the way, I’ve learned that the most meaningful opportunities are built through relationships, trust, and a willingness to think beyond what’s possible today.
As a Partner at 3+ Ventures and Founder of Go Paladin, I work with founders, executives, and institutions to turn ambition into action. From venture investing and strategic advisory to developing partnerships and opening new markets, my work is about connecting the right people, resources, and ideas to create lasting value.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of businesses, helping unlock opportunities, accelerate growth, and bring meaningful capital and commercial activity to life.
More about my journey
Capital is part of the conversation. So are customers, partnerships, and the people who help a business grow.
I bring an operator’s lens to investing and advisory: understand the business, ask useful questions, and connect the right people. Not every conversation needs a pitch deck. Sometimes it starts with a question.
What are you working on?Every engagement starts with understanding the opportunity.
I work across venture investing, company development, and strategic advisory, bringing experience from both sides of the investment table.
As a Partner at 3+ Ventures and an active angel investor, my work includes sourcing and evaluating opportunities, supporting founders, and helping businesses navigate critical stages of growth.
I work alongside founders and executive teams to navigate complexity, evaluate opportunities, and develop practical strategies for growth.
Drawing on experience across global technology companies, venture capital, and entrepreneurship, I bring an outside perspective grounded in firsthand operating and investing experience.
From corporate innovation to international entrepreneurship, I’ve worked with organizations to develop partnerships, programs, and opportunities that connect established institutions with emerging businesses.
My experience includes collaborations with Salesforce, Village Capital, and Invest in Bavaria, alongside building and leading entrepreneurial initiatives.
I speak with executives, investors, founders, and emerging leaders about venture capital, entrepreneurship, leadership, and the relationships that shape opportunity.
My approach combines professional experience, practical insights, and candid conversations about what it takes to build businesses and create meaningful change.
I founded Go Paladin to help entrepreneurs gain access to the knowledge, relationships, and resources needed to build successful businesses.
Through the foundation and my broader professional work, I’ve supported initiatives focused on founder development, entrepreneurship education, and expanding economic opportunity.
